We had an excellent stay at Sithara homestay. The helpfulness of the owners was beyond any expectations and the place felt very welcoming. Communication with them was very smooth, and they gladly helped us with advice around the town and within Kerala. They even helped us to arrange very good value homestays in other parts of Kerala and arranged us a wonderful driver for 4 days - Midhun, whom we would highly recommend. In the morning they prepared us a delicious South Indian egg curry and tea. The warmth and friendliness of the owners and of Midhun definitely made our stay in Kerala all that much more enjoyable.

About 10 minutes walk from the bus stop so easy to get in and out of Munnar once you get the hang of it.

A car rental service is available at the homestay. Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.
